COLORS AND FINISHES

Are There Standardized Color Options For All Lash Products?

Each product comes in different standardized colors. Please reference the wholesale and designer price sheets for color options.

Which Colors And Finishes Are Suitable For Outdoor Use?

All color options except for the neon, gold, and copper finishes are suitable for outdoor use.

What the Recommended Materials For Outdoor Use?

We recommend our iron wire materials for outdoor use. If located in a costal environment we recommend our stainless steel material option to guarantee the longevity of the product.

What Materials Do The Seat Pads Come In?

We offer two standard material options: sunbrella outdoor fabric and vinyl. If you would like to use other materials, we accept com (customers own material) orders at increased price.

How Many Total Items Are In The Bend Line?

Our line currently includes 50 products of varying styles and functionality.

Are All Items Always In Stock?

Most items are kept in stock in our Lagos warehouse with varying availability, while most are made to order.

If Items Are In Stock, What Is The Lead Time?

Once we receive payment we can ship in stock items within 48 hours.

What Is the Lead Time for Custom Color Options?

Our approximate lead time for pieces in a custom color is 5 – 6 weeks.

Are Lash Products Certified?

Yes all Lash products are certified by the Professional Carpenters and Furniture Makers Association (P.C.F.A.) of Nigeria

What’s the Lash Goods Weight Capacity?

Our seating has a weight capacity of three hundred pounds.

What Environments Are Lash Products Best Suited For?

Lash furniture are recommended for all environments, but we recommend extra care for furniture in harsher climates.

What Is the Recommended Care for Furniture Placed Outdoors In Harsh Climates?

If pieces are placed outdoors in inclement weather, we recommend storing products in a moisture controlled space. If pieces are exposed to moisture, we recommend drying the piece with a dry cloth.

ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS AND QUALITY

Are Lash Products Free of Volatile Organic Chemicals (Voc)?

All Lash products are free of VOC’s, certified by DuPont and Tiger corporations.

What Other Environmentally Friendly Measures Does Lash Take When Producing Its Products?

Lash aims to reuse any materials that we can when producing our pieces, such as excess metal, and designs eco-friendly packaging to maximize the amount of product packaged in one box.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

What Is the Warranty for All Lash Products?

We provide a 3 year structural warranty for all products regarding the quality of the material used to make our items. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, degradation of finishes from environmental factors, normal wear and tear, and damage due to erroneous/lack of maintenance.

What Is Lash Interior’s Return Policy?

At Lash Interior we stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.  We will return or exchange item if:

  • Notify us with in 10 days of receipt
  • There is a valid proof of purchase
  • The returned item is unused and in good condition

If items has a manufactures defect or damage during transit we will exchange the item for you. After 10 days, you can return or exchange the item but there will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on the item returned. We do not accept returns if you’ve had the item for more than 60 days.
